Pink peppercorn pasta

Fresh pasta is an absolute fav go to for any company I cook for. We can all thank my Kitchen Aid mixer for that. I don’t really have a recipe that I follow for the dough at this point, as I switch it up every time.

Sometimes I use egg yolks only or other times I just toss the full egg into the mixer. There are times I use infused oils or maybe just water… it doesn’t really matter as long as I reach the smooth constancy to roll through the pasta maker.

This pasta was a super fast throw together:
Crushed pink peppercorns
olive oil

It was delicious.
